Windows 10 Why won't Windows 10 File Explorer keep my year change in the property details to my MP3 files? Everything else changes and saves just fine.

As I update or correct my MP3 files in property details of Windows 10, all the changes are saved and reflected in the columns I have selected. The only column that refuses to be saved is the year for the song or album. I can change it in the property window, but when I hit save it just reverts back to the original number. Anyone have an idea of what is going on?
