Windows 11 Why won’t windows 11 install on my new pc?

I’m using two m2 Ssd from my previous build. One isn’t recognized.I downloaded the media creation tool of w11 home.After installing features and updates the installer will restart my pc and then start the installation from the beginning again.I’ve tried formatting and deleting all partitions and updating my bios. If I unplug the usb after the restart, it will either send me to bios, freeze with just a white underscore on the screen or all black.Ryzen 5 7600 (not x)6800xt32gb ddr5Asrock steel legend z670e
