Windows 11 Wi-Fi became slow for no reason, only on my computer and my phone

Recently, I've noticed that my ping jumps from 20 to 500, and my Wi-Fi speeds go for 80 mbps to 5 mbps. It isn't a problem with my computer, because my phone has the same problem, but no other devices on the network have the same issue. Are there any fixes?
