Windows 10 Wi-fi connected but lock sign is still there

When I connect to my wifi, even after inputting the password, I am still getting a locked sign, as in the picture below.


It's badly affected my internet speeds (my other devices at home do not have a lock sign and have download speeds of 400Mbps, while this laptop runs at 6-20Mbps).


I've updated my wifi drivers and I'm using the correct ones (I've checked those).


I can't manually configure my IP as I'm using a dynamic IP address.




Does anyone know how I can fix this issue?
