Windows 10 Wi-Fi displaying as connected, but has extremely low send and receive speeds

Over the past week, I’ve been trying to figure out and fix the issues my PC is running into regarding Wi-Fi. A while ago, I reset the wrong drivers and they were uninstalled (one network adapter and the other being the pci encryption). When pressing the Wi-fi button at the bottom, nothing would show up so I went through trying to fix the hardware, reset dns, the ip4 and ip6, and other command prompts. Currently, my PC says it’s connected to Wi-fi, but is running at weird spikes around 16 kbps sent and 160 kbps received. Through the command prompt, I keep getting the “media state” errors, and m
