Windows 11 Widgets in Windows 11 have stopped working. Button on taskbar does nothing

One of the few bugs I have encountered with Windows 11 is that my Widgets no longer seem to work. I click on the icon, and nothing happens now. The first thing I tried doing, was force closing the process in task manager to see if I could try to restart the process. However, (and this may explain my issue) I noticed that the task was not even present in task manager as it should be (interesting). I have tried doing a host of different things to try to get Widgets back to no avail.
