Windows 10 Wifi Adapter Missing Windows 10

So my wifi adapter went missing the past month and nothing worked especially network reset and enabling wlan autoconfig service. I don't want to reinstall windows so is there any way to fix the problem? I am using windows 10 pro on a hp pavillion laptop.
