Windows 11 Wifi connections issue

Good morning, I'm having a WiFi connection problem with a brand new Samsung Book4 laptop and I need help... I can see the Wi-Fi networks clearly but I cannot connect neither to my home Wi-Fi or to my phone by sharing connections on my phone and therefore to access the Internet. I managed to share Bluetooth
