Windows 11 Wifi dissappeared after attempted update.

I was recently trying to update my computer and when I was, the wifi had disconnected and the update didn't finish. I checked to see what happened and the wifi tab on the quick menu and in the option to connect to wifi in the settings are gone. I've done about everything I can think of to fix it and none have worked. The update was something relating to Realtek or a HP hardware update. I've had this computer for about a year now and have had no issues in the past before. Both Ethernet and Wifi do not work.
