Windows 11 Wifi Drops to 0kbps frequently causing packet loss and ping spikes. (WINDOWS 11)

Microsoft Windows 11 Home AMD Ryzen 3 1200 Quad-Core Processor, 3100 MHz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s) A320M-A PRO (MS-7C51) NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660Realtek 8811CU Wireless LAN 802.11ac USB NICThis problem has been going on for about a year now. My profile corrupted so I took it to the IT shop to get it fixed but after, the wifi problem was still there. A couple of weeks ago I got another IT shop to look at it, they reset Windows and said that should fix the problem. It didn't, I've tried updating drivers.
