Windows 11 WIFI is not connecting during boot up and says incorrect password when it is correct.

I started having this issue when my desktop went into sleep mode last week and since then whenever I boot up my computer it won't connect to my Wi-Fi. It will struggle to connect. here is a list of things I've tried:making sure that my pc is NOT on airplane mode.Disconnecting and reconnecting to the Wi-Fi (it will tell me that the password is incorrect when it IS correct)forgetting the network and reconnectingHard resetting my router and modemchecked for updates from windows.checked ALL network drivers for updates (all are up to date)changing the Boot sequence in my bios to make the network an
