Windows 10 Wifi modem works only for a few minutes then resets by itself whenever I'm using my Dell laptop.

This doesn't happen when I'm using my phone or ipad. This happens only when I connect my laptop to the wifi. But when the internet goes out, the video chat in messenger and zoom meeting (on my phone or laptop) is still working while other apps that require internet get disconnected. My other devices indicate that they're disconnected from the internet
