i recently got an HP laptop that runs on windows 11 after my old laptop broke, and everything has been running completely fine with the exception of when i try calling friends on discord (i haven't tried any other calling service but i'm fairly certain it's the calling that's the problem). suddenly, applications that require internet such as browsers and games will work like i have no internet connection. this stops shortly after i disconnect from the call. i know that this is not an issue with my router or internet in general- both my phone and my old laptop worked with no issue while calling
