Windows 11 Wifi speed keeps getting slow and the only way to fix it is either turning it off and on (on my laptop) or restarting my pc

Hello, I'm using Windows 11 on Asus X550JX (I formatted it recently),everything works as fine except I have a strange issue with wifi, after using it for a while it just starts gettings extremly slow (only on my laptop but on phone and other devices it works fine) and the only way to fix it is either turning off and on my network (on my laptop) or restarting my laptop completly.Furthermore I noticed my pc isn't using 100% of my network while downloading (download speed gets to 300kb/s while i can smoothly watch a 4k / 1440p video on youtube).What causes this?? and how to fix it??Sincerely,
