Windows 10 will i lose data if i delete my email that the pc is setup with?

recently i have got a new email due to changing my name and i was thinking about deleting the account so i would no longer be accosiated with the name i chose to remove and it is the email that i have setup my pc up so if i was to delete it what would happen?
