Windows 10 Will I update to Windows 11 Pro?

I am windows 10 Pro (64bit) fully updated. I have received under Updates a tab offering me the option to download and Install Win 11 22H2.If I select this tab to download and install will I automatically get the Win 11 Pro version?Guidance please
