Windows 10 Will my data be erased if i have the error 0xc0000017?

I tried rebooting my computer and after it was complete i got a blue screen which says Recovery Your PC/device needs to be repaired. there isn’t enough memory available to create a ramdisk device. Can you please answer my question?
