Windows 10 Win 10 started dropping internet connection

This just started happening. My PC is connected to the router via network cable. I have the power option to the max and have the settings under the NIC to not allow PC to put to sleep. Not sure what else to do. When it happens I have tried to use ipconfig to release all connections and renew them but it states no adapters are in that state or something like that, but when I rum ipconfig it shows the NIC with the IPs so I assume its connected. I have tried disabling the NIC and reenable it but no go. Also I have a Wifi adapter as well but keep it disabled. I tried to connect via wifi when the w
