its been happening for more than a month now, whenever the alienware x17 laptop is idle (as taking a shower or driven into town for errands) i come back to find it had crashed. i updated most the drivers, including bios from dell.done sfc and chkdsk. as far as i know im not overclocking it. did the machine's own diagnostic tools other than a heat threshold failure (which they are coming out to fix once the parts are in) it didnt detect anything.only today i managed to catch it crash, the top line of the screen, maybe no more than an inch thickness, was artifacted and the error was listed as "p
