Windows 11 Win 11 / Frequent crashes (several a week) / minidump seems to point to ntoskrnl.exe even when crashing while running verifier / I am at my wits end

Memtest fine (I even replaced my ram because I wanted 32gigs) Run sfc and dism all the time (nothing wrong) Tried to update all my drivers several timesTried to remove graphic drivers with DDU and do a full reinstallKeep my system up to date all the timeUpdated bios twice since the issues started Issues started in windows 10 but I haven't really diagnosed them so it could have been anything really and then installed win11 as a fresh install and anecdotally it got worseOnly tried reinstalling once sinceTried to run verifier and the dump files seem to be the same as when not running verifier and
