Windows 11 WIN 11 keeps setting my keyboard layout to the american one.

Hello,Newbie on W11 here.I have installed visual studio community to code within the Unreal Engine framework.I am a french user but i need my windows & installed programs in english so i get the err/warn/info messages in english, which makes it much easier to google questions.But of course i need my keyboard layout in french so i can type.So i have setup W11 just like that (preferred language = EN, keyboard layout = FR) and it works well, everything is in english, and i type with a french layout. All good so far.The problem is that whenever i compile & launch my unreal project through
