Report was to Ramesh SrinivasanInitial request was on the 17 July.I cut and pasted the 99QW Panther log file to reply threadHave requested further help on email data threadLaptop still dead Have tried a new download of MCT to no avail.Problem only developed with win updates 2024Regards Michael
