Hello, I have a Lenovo P52s, .7vpro,8th gen, 8550u laptop ,16gb ram. running win 11 OS happily till win update early in 2024 which caused a loop affect. Now after a win update in July 2024 has caused laptop to crash. Have tried using MS media app to repair--no good- restore points not seen -now have tried to reload windows . but not able to because of alleged insufficient win requirements. Have checked Lenovo web site ..my LT meets the requirements...can you help. many thanks
