Windows 11 Win 11 - Several options on many different apps are not working

Hi,For several days, (unfortunately, I can't be specific) I have had problems accessing the options across the top of every program/app that I have opened. Clicking on them doesn't work, neither with the mouse nor the touchpad. These are some of the examples, which have rendered all the programs/apps totally useless.(i) In Adobe Acrobat Pro DC I can't access File nor Edit (so can't save nor change properties etc.).(ii) In MS 365 Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (probably Publisher as well) I can't access File nor Home (therefore can't save etc.)(iii) In MS Paint (I've reverted to Classic) I
