Windows 11 Win 11 - Taskbar height difference in dual monitor setup

Zarash.

I have a dual monitor setup (on a single 49" 32:9 Dell, which is basically 2 x 1440p side by side in one panel with two separate hdmi cables connected, and the task bar suddenly changes height once in a while randomly. Last time this happened it took me hours of Googleing and finally I went to task bar and stopped Windows File Explorer and it got fixed. But then after reboot about 25% of the bottom of the taskbar icones were below the screen.Scaling on both monitors is 100% (I tried changing but doesn't fix it)Resolution on both monitors is native 2560x1440 (I tried changing but doesn't fix
