Hi all!
I'm currently facing an issue with my laptop's snipping feature. Usually when Win+Shift+S is used, it fades the screen out and allows for capturing of a portion of the screen, to which I can drag and choose what I want to screenshot.
However, in recent days, I am unable to do so. When using Win+Shift+S, the screen fades and I can drag to select what I want screenshotted. However, upon lifting the mouse click, it doesn't get captured to the clipboard automatically. It shows the below image. Upon the second click, the screen goes back to normal and nothing gets copied to the clipboard.
I've tried to update the snip and sketch program in Microsoft Store, but it's still showing the same.
Anyone has a clue what I should try next?
