Windows 10 WIN+SHIFT+S Stopped working entirely

This shortcut to snippit my screen is crucial for my work, I have tried so many options and still not working. It stopped working randomly, I never messed with any of the settings for it.I am on Windows 10Version 10.0.19045Please advise,
