Windows 10 win10 cant print because detects 2 printers at same time

installed the latest and official driver for win10, works normally at first, but after a few months whenever i replugged the printer cable to pc it detects 2 printers like at picture, but at most of the time, the working and the detected printer(installed by driver) is offline and windows seems to detects the other printer in Unspecified category (doesnt have the pics) and it asks to.connect to.internet for windows update, the problem is the PCs at my workplace doesnt have internet access period so please dont bother to suggest to just let windows update fixes it(yes i know its easiest and sur
