I have a 1 year old PAWHITS Gaming mouse which has recently begun to have problems with its scroll-wheel. When ever I attempt to scroll down it jerks up or doesn't function at all.
Troubleshooting I have tried so far:
I suspect the cause is something to do with the Mouse Driver as its version seems quite old.

I don't believe its hardware issue as the mouse is still relatively new and I couldn't find any faults when I took it apart.

Troubleshooting I have tried so far:
- Disassembled the mouse, clearing away any debris, cleaning the scroll wheel.
- Uninstalled and reinstalled the HID-compliant mouse driver multiple times.
- Updated Windows.
- Adjusted Scroll wheel sensitivity and settings.
