Windows 10 Win10 shut down itself when battery down from 11 to 10 percent

Early i used to ubuntu and i dont have any power-off problems. When battery percent down 11 to 10 (only 11 to 10 not other percents) laptops shuts down itself. But after close if i open up it again i can use laptop up to 1 percent. I try 2 other batteries but not working. I tried to do all power plan settings to do noting and reinstalling win10. May it be a bios issue but I dont have any problem in Ubuntu. I need some help please.
