Windows 10 Win10: why do Windows update moves back user folders and Windows Temp folders back to C: drive?

Hi, ever since Windows-7, I am always moving to a different drive all of My Document folders (the one that are moveable) and the Windows Temp folders. But I noticed on Windows-10, sometimes after an update, it moves back these folders to their original location on the C: drive. It even re-initializes the system variables I use to relocate the Windows Temp folders.When I find out they got moved back, it usually happen days or weeks after it was done. I never know when its done because Windows update does not warn me.The reason I am doing this is because I do not want my C: drive to run out o
