Windows 10 Win10&Win11 right click add a new excel file, The time the content is created always 2015-06-06

I tried to reinstall the system ,after the new system installed, I didn't install any hardware drive, first time install the O365 standard App, right click add a new excel without login account, Same created time 2015-06-06. The Office365 support said this is the system problem.
