Windows 11 Win11: computer will no longer go to sleep

This just started happening a few days ago. I have a computer running Windows 11 Home (22H2). The power options are set to turn off the display after 5 minutes, and put the system to sleep after 10. This has been running fine for weeks, and years before when I had Windows 10. Now, it won't go to sleep on it's own. If I put it to sleep myself, it'll wake up after some time (no idea how much; I'm not going to sit there and watch it) and just stay on. I'll put it to sleep at night and come back the next morning and find it wide awake. The only programs I've installed in the past week are a
