Windows 11 Win11 Delivery optimization not downloading from my other PCs on the network

Hi!I'm in the process of preparing some 10 identical NBs (notebooks) with Win11 Home for my company.I brought them home to set them up from scratch. I already fully updated two and activated DO (Delivery Optimization for Windows Updates) on them. The second downloaded everything from MS, didn't get a single byte from the first Notebook or anything else on my network... So I checked and my WiFi was set as public network... I changed that to Private on both since I'm home.On the third I configured DO the same way expecting it to work this time. Also set the WiFi on the third NB as Private... The
