Windows 11 Win11 SFC cannot repair msimsg.dll.mui

I'm on a Win 11 machine, it was clean installed a few weeks ago. I ran the sfc function after games crash, and apparently my msimsg.dll.mui is corrupted, and it cannot be repaired for some reason.
