Windows 11 Win11 Update 22H2 Error 0x8007001f

Been trying to install the 22H2 update for Win11, but was unable to succeed. Windows Update gave me 0x8007001f error. I tried dism, sfc and windows update troubleshooter and nothing seems to work out. The main problem comes at when i restart my notebook, and windows is trying to update and when it reaches 77% it just get stuck for sometime and then it just reboot and goes into windows right after that.i also did a removal on the softwaredistribution folder under windows. Still not working.
