Windows 10 Window 10 automatic updates keeps failing to install, I have tried many options but nothing seems to work! Please help

I have been struggling for many months now to install windows 10 updates, the update keeps failing to install!? I have tried most available options with no avail! The pause update for 7 days is grayed out and no update is going through. It's been very stressful as I work from home, and this has put me under a lot of pressure. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
