Windows 11 Window 11 23H2 failed to upgrade with 0x800f081f

HiI was in the insider beta program and currently on 22623.1325. My windows update stopped updating a while ago. I was so happy when I finally saw 23H2 appeared. I could finally get back to a stable release build. However I kept on getting 0x800f081f after 100% installation and then the installation completely failed. Any suggestion on how to fix the problem?Thank you
