Hi - I am attempting to upgrade to Win11, but it continues to fail, with SetupDiag telling me this Error: SetupDiag reports abrupt down-level failure.Last Operation: FinalizeError: 0xC1900209 - 0x4000D LogEntry: 2022-03-04 21:32:58, Error MOUPG CSetupManager::ExecuteInstallMode(1065): Result = 0xC1900209 The PC Health Check tells me my PC is windows 11-ready.Possibly significant - When the Installation Assistant says that it needs to restart my PC, it isn't restarted, but the Windows 11 Setup starts immediately.The full sequence is as follows:Start the Installation Assistant
