Windows 11 Window Defender wont open after upgrading to Windows 11 from 10

Hello I recently upgraded to Windows 11 from Windows 10. My pc is fully updated and compatible and passed all the requirements for the upgrade. Following a successful install of Windows 11 I noticed that I was unable to interact with Windows Defender/Security in anyway and would get the same error message that I do not have an app to run the program and should search the appstore as seen below this is the error. Now before anyone asks I did try all the powershell commands as admin and all the CMD commands for SFC and such. All the solutions that are repeated have been attempted multiple times
