Windows 10 Windows 10 100% Disk Usage Nightmare

Hi,


I have had the infamous 100% disk usage problem for over a year now. I had followed every tip and trick that I could find on the internet, and had mild improvements at best that only lasted a limited amount of time before the issue got worse again. 5 months ago I reset the computer while keeping my personal files. This seemed to be an 80% or so improvement and I was able to use my computer again. However, the issue slowly crept back into my life. I downloaded the free Malwarebytes app and scanned for Malware but the search came back clean. 2 days ago I initiated the reset using the "Remove Everything" option. It took 6 hours to get to 79%, and then froze there for 24 hours until I had to power it off and back on to get it moving again. Once I booted it back up, it stated that the reset was complete but it could not remove all of my personal files. The computer is somewhat useable right now, but it is still hitting the disk at 100% intermittently. The only thing that I have reinstalled thus far is Microsoft Office 2013. I want to find a solution to this nightmare before I reload any other apps or files. This computer is mainly used for office work like Word and Excel, storage of pictures, and internet surfing.
