Windows 11 Windows 10 & 11 idle high ssd usage and high cpu usage

My laptop is msi gl65 9scxr (now 6 months old)i5 9300hgtx 165016GB ddr4512GB Kingston OM8PCP3512F-Al1 m.2 nvme ssd( shipped with laptop) (contains C drive and D drive)512GB addlink SATA ssdI have problem with the high reads and writes in Kingston(windows installed on it) . When not doing anything for like 5-4 minutes laptops all the fans kick up and CPU get 100% and SSD constantly write and read at high usages. it usually writes 20-30 GB every day when idling . If i click mouse or interreact with laptop it goes to normal. if i get the idle process running and it automatically get cool down af
