Finally reaching out for help with this after putting up with it for way too long. Basically what the question says, I have an issue that started in Windows 10 and persisted through the upgrade to Windows 11, and also persisted through upgrading my MoBo/CPU/PSU/GPU. In control panel > sound settings > recording, my microphone monitoring levels will show full green bars, so 100% input. Whenever I join a voice channel or use voice recorder to record the sound, it's FULL static, to the point where I have to check every time before playing games, joining a zoom call, etc. The upgrade I menti
