Windows 10 Windows 10 2004 update stalls at 91% 5 times from June to August 2020.

The subject says it all. I have tried on multiple occasions to install 2004 but every time it stalls on 91%. I have left it in this state for up to 12 hours to no avail. Is this ever going to be fixed?
