Windows 10 Windows 10 21H2 (Build 19044.1889) have problem with RNDIS devices that works on Windows 11 21H2 (Build 22000.856)

I've tryed USB Tethering with different smartphone (Huawei Mate 20 Pro, Iphone 12, Alcatel, Huawei Ascend Y330), and different USB dongle (Alcatel Linkzone, TP-Link M7350, Alcatel Link Key IK41VE1) and get always some problem.With Huawei Mate 20 Pro works at the first time, if I disconnect and reconnect it doesn't work and I have to reboot, but reboot lock the PC.With other device i cannot get in device management and if i try to reboot get a BSOD.I don't know what i can do, every device works correctly in Windows 11.
