Windows 10 WIndows 10 21H2 - Dictation - "Something Went Wrong" Error

Dictation (WIN+H) works ok while in the desktop version of Word 365, but not in anything else, like web apps. We can use the microphone icon in Google search while in Chrome, but we receive a "Something Went Wrong. Please try again later" error while using Windows dictation. The microphone is not the issue, as it works in other applications. This was working last week, so I'm assuming a Microsoft update broke it? Any ideas how to fix it or when the bug will be fixed?
