Windows 10 Windows 10 21h2 not not being prompted to install windows 22h2 update.

I have adobe photoshop asking to install an update and then denies the update and claims that my windows version (Windows 10 21h2) is not compatible and I need windows 10 22h2. Issue is my pc claims its fully updated and it will not prompt to bring me to the next version. Is there a reason I can't receive this update.
