Windows 10 Windows 10 22H2 system crashed - Reinstalled Windows 10 wiping all files - 2 hours after install system crashed again and now will not boot at all.

Hello. My Samsung laptop with Windows 10 22H2 system crashed about 8 days ago. I attached a USB recovery drive and watched it boot on and off going to recovery options (when I went to the boot from USB option the USB recovery drive was never listed). Could not system restore or any other options that required Microsoft account password as it would not recognize the password. After 4 days of the system continously rebooting the power would power off and on mid boot and on this loop just continued for days. 3 days ago when I got to recovery options menu the only option that worked was to reinsta
