I have an acer laptop with Windows 10.
My laptop was running fine on Windows 10 64-bit mode/capacity and 64-bit programs/apps ran just fine.
However, I suddenly got a blue screen - so I reinstalled Windows to go back to factory mode.
Ever since, I cannot run 64-bit programs/apps - they either cannot install/run properly - somehow Windows is running on 32-bit mode and I don't know how to go back to 64-bit mode.
Anyone have any idea how I can fix the issue?
