I recently changed my motherboard and I made sure to be signed in with my microsoft account to link it to my product key and after getting the new hardware running, I'm trying to use the troubleshooter to activate but i keep getting an error that the servers are offline and its been going on for a couple days. I can see the last 5 of my product key on the activation screen and I also tried to speak to a live agent over the phone but they said they had to transfer me and then I was left with just dead air and no connection. The ticket I had submitted for them to call me was marked as resolved,
